Listing Correction & Removal Policy
Who's My Pro?, operated by Whos My Pro LLC, may review requests to correct, suppress, or remove listing information. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require verification.
1. Correction requests
If a listing contains inaccurate factual information, such as a phone number, website, hours, address, or category, a business or authorized representative may request correction.
2. Removal requests
Removal requests may be considered where information is materially inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, misleading, legally sensitive, or harmful. Removal is not automatic solely because a business prefers not to appear in a directory.
3. Verification may be required
We may request supporting details before acting on a correction or removal request, including business contact verification or evidence showing why the requested change is appropriate.
4. Public-interest and editorial balance
Who's My Pro? may retain, revise, suppress, or remove listing data based on source quality, user safety, editorial judgment, legal considerations, and platform integrity.
5. How to submit a request
Please use the contact page and include the business name, listing details, requested change, and the reason for the request. Incomplete requests may be delayed.
