Business Claim & Review Policy
Who's My Pro?, operated by Whos My Pro LLC, may allow business owners or authorized representatives to submit claim, correction, or promotional applications for a listing. Claims are reviewed before any changes are approved.
1. Claim submissions are reviewed
A claim submission does not automatically transfer control of a listing or guarantee that requested changes will be applied. Claims may be held for verification, follow-up questions, or rejection.
2. Proof of authority may be required
We may ask for business email verification, website/domain confirmation, publicly verifiable business details, supporting documents, or other reasonable proof that the person submitting the request is authorized to act for the business.
3. Correction requests
Businesses may request correction of inaccurate contact details, links, hours, or similar factual listing information. Who's My Pro? may review source data, public records, or direct business confirmation before updating a listing.
4. Promotional requests are separate
Claiming or correcting a listing does not automatically create sponsor, coupon, or promoted placement rights. Promotional placement is subject to separate review and policy requirements.
5. Abuse prevention
We may reject or suspend claims that appear misleading, fraudulent, spammy, unauthorized, or inconsistent with publicly available business information.
6. Platform discretion
Who's My Pro? reserves editorial and operational discretion over listing presentation, category fit, moderation, and whether requested changes are accepted, limited, or declined.
