Advertising & Sponsored Placement Policy

Who's My Pro?, operated by Whos My Pro LLC, currently handles advertising, sponsor placement, coupon placement, and related promotional inventory through a review-first application process. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, publication, exclusivity, or placement.

1. Application-first model

Businesses may apply for sponsor, coupon, or promotional placement. Applications are reviewed for business legitimacy, destination quality, category fit, and user safety before anything is published.

2. No automatic publication

Submitting a sponsor or advertising request does not automatically create a live advertisement. Who's My Pro? may approve, reject, pause, or request additional information before any listing, promotion, or sponsored placement goes live.

3. Payment timing

Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, payment is requested only after approval. If payment is accepted before launch or activation, the application remains subject to review, placement availability, and policy compliance.

4. Editorial and moderation rights

Who's My Pro? reserves the right to reject, edit for formatting, label as sponsored, remove, or decline any advertising content, destination URL, coupon, or promotional message that is misleading, unsafe, low-quality, non-compliant, unrelated, or harmful to users or the platform.

5. No guarantee of performance

We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, rankings, calls, or revenue. Placement availability, visibility, and performance may vary by category, geography, user behavior, platform changes, moderation decisions, and launch phase.

Refund handling, if any, may depend on launch stage, activation status, policy violations, fraud concerns, duplicate submissions, and written agreement terms. Who's My Pro? may suspend or remove placements for policy or safety reasons.
